The Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kenan Institute Asia and Teachers College, Columbia University to develop the standard of curriculum in Thai-English bi-lingual mathematics and science education in Thailand. The MOU was signed by Ms. Pornpun Waitayangkoon, President of the Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology, Mr. Richard Bernhard, Associate Executive Director of Kenan Institute Asia (left) and Mr. Thomas B. Corcoran , Co-director of the Consortium for Policy Research in Education at Teachers College, Columbia.
